Afinke Machine Monday March 18, 8 PM, the Afterthought, $10
Little Rock, Arkansas - - - Steel Drum Group returns to Little Rock for CD release
Afinke Machine, the Caribbean group based out of Wichita, Kansas, will be returning to the AfterThought in Little Rock, Arkansas on Monday evening, March 18, 2002. This will be their third appearance at the AfterThought for the Monday Night Jazz Series. A new CD will be with them to unveiled at this show. This 2002 release titled "How 'bout This" features not only the members of Afinke Machine, but a few extra guests from the Wichita music scene. Afinke is scheduled to appear in the Weather Garden on KTHV channel 11 from 5 - 7 AM on the morning of March 18 in promotion the CD and the Monday evening performance at the Afterthought.
