UALR Guitar Ensemble
The UALR Guitar Ensemble is the primary ensemble for guitarists involved in music performance study at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. ÊDirected by Professor of Music Michael Carenbauer, this ensemble is one of the most innovative and progressive of its kind, featuring Êmusical arrangements for guitar and guitar synthesizer. ÊÊThe fall 1999 program includes Êworks by the Beach Boys, Sting and Pat Metheny. ÊA blues medley is programmed as the finale. ÊThe concert is free of charge and open to the public.
