Clifford Hawkins is a Marion, Arkansas native and graduated from
Wonder High School, West Memphis. He attended University
of Arkansas Pine Bluff and then Philander Smith College, Little Rock,
where he received his B.A. Degree in Music Education. He
was a member of "The Right Track Band" for 15 years, and currently
plays with the Little Rock Band "The Rockets", and the U.A.L.R.
Community Orchestra. Clifford is continuing his
education at UABP.
Kenny Reed graduated from Manual High School in Muskogee, Oklahoma,
and received a B.A. in Music Education from Langston
University. After teaching music for 2 years in the St.
Louis MO Public Schools he toured the "Ike & Tina" Turner
Review and the Bill Doggett Trio. He was a member of the
82nd Army Band in Europe for 4 years. Currently he is a
member of the 106th Army National Guard Band, Camp Robinson, NLR and
is a 30 year employee of Southwestern Bell.
